Last night Patrick and Krissy took to the road for their first training ride!

Here are Krissy's comments after the ride:
"Wow, just wow!
I was scared to death, and then just like
that I was comfortable. We went up and down huge hills. It was
unbelievable to feel "normal", like I was riding the bike. The wind in
my hair, the bumps and of course a few tears because I just couldn't
imagine ever feeling that way.
